Sweet Summa-time Smoothie
Finally the season has come upon us. Warm weather, sunny skies, and the comfort of knowing that you don’t have to worry about that paper you’ve been procrastinating, or that test you need to study for on tuesday; it’s summertime. However, we all know this also means wearing shorts, tanks tops, and bikinis….eek! But never fear my friends, the sweet summa-time smoothie is here to the rescue! Make this your go-to breakfast, or post workout snack, and you’ll be sure to keep your bod looking hot-to-trot. In less than 3 minutes you can sip your way to a tasty tropical paradise…which means you must drink it out of a margarita glass..clearly.
The recipe couldn’t be easier.
5 large strawberries
1.5 handfuls of fresh blueberries
4.5 oz of greek yogurt ( Pineapple and Vanilla are my favorites)
Coconut water to create the consistency you like. ( approx. 2-3 tablespoons)
